Erin Quann, PhD, RD

Head of Medical Affairs, Nestlé/ Gerber & Professor in Residence, University of Connecticut

Erin is a registered dietitian and experienced nutrition scientist. At Gerber, she translates nutrition research into tools and education programs that support healthcare professionals and parents to make good early child nutrition decisions. She led the activation of Nestle’s well-known FITS study and is passionate about inspiring science-based innovation. Her previous experience includes roles with National Dairy Council, the US Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine, and University of Connecticut. She has a Masters and PhD in exercise science and nutrition, has served on the Board of Trustees for ACSM and is active with a number of pediatric and nutrition organizations.
