Sally Cummins Healy, MS, RD, serves as Vice President of Health & Wellness Partnerships at National Dairy Council. In this role, Sally connects agriculture, food, nutrition and health to help various stakeholders champion sustainable food systems to not only nourish us today, but in generations to come.
Prior to joining National Dairy Council, Sally spent 12 years at Edelman, where she served as a nutrition strategist and communicator for a variety of commodities groups and food companies. Sally honed her nutrition expertise as a certified diabetes educator at the American Diabetes Association’s Recognized Diabetes Education Program at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois and as the nutrition spokesperson for the Prairie Heart Institute in Springfield, Illinois.
Sally holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Foods in Business from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master’s Degree in Dietetics from Eastern Illinois University, which recently granted her the Distinguished Alumni Award.
